The 4-Day Immersive Retreat is a cornerstone of the Chakra Psychology Certification Program, designed to deepen your understanding and practice through live, hands-on experiences. Here are the key details:

• Location: Temecula, CA (In-person attendance is highly encouraged, with an option to join via Zoom if necessary).

What to Expect:

• Kundalini Yoga & Meditation: Engage in transformational yoga and meditation practices tailored to each chakra, helping you embody what you’ve learned.

• Ethics and Best Practices: Participate in a dedicated session on the Ethics of Chakra Coaching, an essential aspect of professional practice.

Additional Costs:
Your retreat ticket is included in the course fee. The only additional expenses are:

• Accommodations: Choose from a variety of options ranging from $900 for a private room to $150 for camping.
• Meals: A four-day meal plan is available for $175, offering nourishing, vegetarian options.
• Commuter Option: If you prefer to stay offsite, nearby hotels are available, and you can commute daily to the retreat.

The retreat is designed to be a profound and enriching experience, helping you integrate everything you’ve learned while leaving you inspired and empowered for the next stage of your journey.

Evaluation for Suitability

We want every participant to feel supported and aligned with the program’s mission. Payment of the tuition fee does not automatically guarantee enrollment. If our Lead Trainers determine that this program is not the best fit for you or the Institute, we will provide a full refund of your tuition and work with you to explore alternative programs or resources that better match your needs and goals.

Admission Denials

In the rare case that an applicant is not admitted to the program, we will issue a full refund of all payments made.

Refund Policy

Notice of Cancellation

If you need to cancel or withdraw, we understand that life happens. Please notify us via email directly to the Lead Trainers:

Kindly note that informal conversations with teaching assistants or administrators do not count as an official notice of withdrawal. We aim to make the process clear and straightforward to support you through this decision.

• Cancellations Before the Program Start Date: If you decide to cancel before the program begins, we’ll refund your tuition in full, minus a 4% administrative fee and the cost of any learning materials ordered. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
• Cancellations During the First Week of Training: For cancellations made during the first week of training, we will issue a refund minus deductions for the cost of learning materials, a 4% administrative fee, and $400 to cover the first session. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
• No Refunds After the First Week of Training: After the first week, no refunds will be issued. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we encourage you to reach out so we can discuss ways to support you. However, students who withdraw after this period remain responsible for the full tuition.

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to withdraw due to illness, accident, a death in the family, or other verified personal emergencies, we will provide a fair and compassionate refund once proof of the emergency is submitted. Your well-being is important to us, and we will do our best to support you during difficult times.

Certification Deferral & Re-enrollment Policy

We understand that life’s rhythms don’t always align perfectly with the structure of a course. If, for any reason, you are unable to complete your certification requirements within the designated program period, you may request a deferral of certification for up to two (2) years from the original cohort end date.

You may choose to rejoin a future cohort within this two-year window to complete your certification by paying a $400 administrative re-enrollment fee. This fee helps cover ongoing administrative, tech, and peer-support costs.

Please note: After the two-year window has passed, rejoining the course will require re-enrollment at full tuition, as the curriculum may have evolved significantly.

This policy is designed to support your success without pressure, while also maintaining the integrity of the program structure and container.

Termination from the Program

Our goal is to create a nurturing, safe environment for all participants. However, we reserve the right to end a student’s participation in the program under specific circumstances, including:

1. Providing false information during admissions.

2. Missing more than 4 weeks of the program without prior communication.

3. Repeated failure to make tuition payments.

4. A lack of commitment to the training process.

5. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, including:

• Harassment, bullying, or creating disharmony within the group.

• Untreated mental health challenges that disrupt the learning environment.

• Actions that make others feel unsafe or compromise the group’s well-being.

In these rare cases, no refunds will be issued, and all prior payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
