Deposit:
To confirm your retreat reservation, a deposit is required:

• $3000 for a week-long retreat
• $1,500 for 2-3 day/weekend retreat
• $500 for a 1-day retreat

This deposit ensures that your selected dates are reserved exclusively for you.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the start of your retreat and includes:

• The remaining balance for the space rental
• Full payment for food catering
• Cleaning fee
• Any other pre-agreed costs

At Seventh Chakra, we believe food and nourishment is a vital part of the retreat experience, as essential as meditation, yoga, and self-discovery. That’s why we offer wholesome, home-cooked vegetarian meals, thoughtfully prepared to nurture the body and uplift the spirit. Our standard rates are:

• $25/person/meal for vegetarian options
• $35/person/meal for special diet (vegan/gluten free options)

Customizable Meal Packages

Whether you're looking for full meal plans or lighter options with snacks, we’ll collaborate with you to craft a culinary experience that aligns with your retreat’s vision. Pricing is adjusted based on the number of meals and additional items you choose.

Catering Flexibility
If you have specific dietary preferences or a culinary vision in mind, we offer the flexibility to bring in your own caterer or external meal services. Whether you select our nourishing home-cooked meals or choose outside catering, we’re committed to ensuring a delightful and memorable dining experience for your participants.

Refundable Deposit:
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 3 months prior to the retreat date. Please note that a 4% banking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Non-Refundable Deposit:
If cancellation is made within 3 months of the retreat date, the deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Our Right to Refuse or Cancel Reservations:

• Event Guidance: While we welcome retreats and spiritual gatherings, our venue is not suitable for party-oriented events.

2. Substance-Free Environment

To maintain a pure and holistic atmosphere:

• No Drugs, Alcohol, or Smoking: This includes marijuana and vaping.
• Consequences: Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund.

3. Avocado Grove Etiquette

Seventh Chakra is nestled within a serene, working avocado grove.

• Respect the Groves: Guests are welcome to enjoy the tranquility of the groves but are prohibited from picking avocados. The groves are professionally managed, and the produce is sold commercially.

4. Dietary Guidelines

In alignment with our wellness philosophy:

• Meat-Free Zone: All meals and snacks must align with a vegetarian lifestyle.
• Special Dietary Needs: If your group has specific dietary requirements, please inform us in advance. In some cases, guests may need to bring their own meals.

5. Liability Release Acknowledgment

Seventh Chakra Retreat Center is located in a rural, natural setting. Guests are required to sign a Liability Release Form before participating in any events.

• Natural Environment: Our venue includes uneven pathways, sloping terrains, wildlife, and varying weather conditions.
• Assumed Responsibility: By participating, Retreat Leaders and their Retreat Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of this environment and accept responsibility for any injuries, damages, or unforeseen occurrences.
