To get the most out of your Seventh Chakra experience, download the Kajabi app on your mobile device. It’s quick and easy! Follow the steps below:
For iOS (Apple Devices):
• Open the App Store on your device.
• Search for Kajabi in the search bar.
• Tap Install to download the app.
• Once installed, open the app and log in with your account details.
For Android Devices:
• Open the Google Play Store on your device.
• Search for Kajabi in the search bar.
• Tap Install to download the app.
• Once installed, open the app and log in with your account details.

Update Your Account Information
How do I update my contact and account information?

To update your customer information, including your contact details, billing information, and preferences, follow these simple steps:
- Log In to Your Seventh Chakra Account:
• Go to the Seventh Chakra Members Page and log in to your account.
- Access Customer Settings:
• Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Edit Your Information:
• Under the Contact & Settings tab, you can update the following details:
• Contact Information:
• Full Name
• Tax ID
• Address
Note: When you update your contact information, these changes will automatically synchronize across your account and update your receipt details, including receipts for past transactions.
• Profile Settings:
• Time Zone
• Notification Preferences
• Upload or change your Avatar image (User Menu Icon)
- Save Changes:
• Once you’ve made your updates, make sure to save the changes to keep your information up-to-date.

To update your email preferences, follow these simple steps:
- Log In to Your Seventh Chakra Account:
• Go to the Seventh Chakra Members Page and log in to your account.
- Access Customer Settings:
• Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
• Then scroll down.
- Update Email Preferences:
• Under Profile Settings, you will see email notification settings.
• Toggle the email notifications on or off according to your preferences. You can choose which notifications you want to receive.
- Save Changes:
• Make sure your preferences are saved, and your email notifications will update accordingly.

To update your email preferences, follow these simple steps:
- Log In to Your Seventh Chakra Account:
• Go to the Seventh Chakra Members Page and log in to your account.
- Access Customer Settings:
• Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
• Then scroll down all the way down to the bottom of the page.
- Change Your Password:
• In the Password section, enter your new password.
• Leave the field blank if you wish to keep your current password.
- Save Changes:
• Once you’ve entered your new password, click Save to apply the changes.

How can I view my payment history?

To view your payment history, follow these steps:
- Log In to Your Seventh Chakra Account:
• Once you’re logged in, click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Account Settings:
• From the dropdown menu, select Settings.
- View Your Purchase History:
• Scroll down to the Purchase History section to see a list of all your past payments and subscriptions.

What should I do if my subscription payment fails?

If your payment has failed, don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:
- Check Your Payment Information:
• Log in to your Seventh Chakra account.
• Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
• On the Settings page, click on Billing Info in the top right corner.
• Ensure that your credit card number, CVV, and expiration date are entered correctly and match the information on your card.
- Ensure Sufficient Funds:
• Make sure there are enough funds in your account to cover the purchase.
- Check for Bank Issues:
• Sometimes, banks flag digital transactions if they’re not regular or if the amount is unusual for your account. If this happens, you’ll need to contact your bank to approve the transaction.
- Retry the Payment:
• Our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If you'd like, you can also send us an email at support@sevenchakrainstitute.org, and we can try resubmitting the payment on your behalf.
- Still Having Trouble?
• If you’re still experiencing issues, don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further assistance.

Update Your Credit Card
How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card or account information, follow these simple steps:
- Log In to Your Seventh Chakra Account:
• Go to the Seventh Chakra Members Page and log in to your account.
- Access Account Settings:
• Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Billing Info:
• On the Settings page, click on Billing Info in the top right corner.
- Update Your Credit Card:
• Next to the currently listed credit card, click the dots "...".
• Complete the prompt to enter your updated card information.
- Save Changes:
• After entering your new card details, click Update Card to save your changes.
- Done!
• Your new credit card information will be saved, and future payments will be processed with the updated card.

Update Your Membership
How do I update my Membership or Membership Payment Plan?
If you'd like to upgrade from Solis to Glow Membership for additional benefits or change your current Glow Plan, you can purchase your upgrade here.
Keep in mind that your plan and membership access will change immediately, so we recommend making the switch a day or so before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged twice.

Cancel Your Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log In to Your Seventh Chakra Account:
• Go to the Seventh Chakra Members Page and log in to your account.
- Access Customer Settings:
• Click on your Customer Avatar in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to Billing Info:
• Click on Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
- Cancel Your Subscription:
• Depending on the payment method used at purchase, click the Cancel this Subscription button next to the subscription you want to cancel.
- Confirm Your Cancellation:
• After clicking Cancel, you’ll be prompted to confirm your cancellation.
• Once confirmed, you will lose access to the subscription at the end of the current billing cycle.
For PayPal Payments
- Click "Cancel in PayPal"
You will then be redirected to your PayPal account in the Payments tab. If you're not logged in, then you will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.
• Click Payments in the top menu.
• Select Manage Automatic Payments under the "Automatic payments" section.
• Find and select the merchant whose subscription you want to cancel.
• Click Cancel and confirm the cancellation of your automatic payments.
• Final Step: After confirming, your subscription payments will be inactive, and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.
- After Cancelling Your Subscription:
Once you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the content until the end of your current billing cycle. You can view the cancellation and access the end date in your Billing Info section.

What are the viewer requirements for streaming the course videos?
To ensure the best experience when streaming our class videos, please review the following requirements:
- Internet Connection Speed:
• The minimum connection speed for reliably streaming videos is 768 kilobits per second (0.768 Mbps).
• For an optimal HD experience, we recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second.

- Supported Browsers:
You can view our classes on almost any internet-connected device (Mac, Windows, Chromebook, Linux PC, tablets, etc.) using a recent version of any major browser. This includes:
• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Opera
Tip: Keep your browser up-to-date for the best experience. Sometimes, updates outside of our control (e.g., security or playback issues) may require us to stop supporting certain outdated browsers.
- Supported Operating Systems:
• Our videos are compatible with nearly all operating systems, including Mac OS, Windows, and Linux.
• Wistia videos also play smoothly on mobile devices and tablets as long as you are using a supported browser.
