To ensure a smooth and immersive experience, please follow these guidelines:

1. Prepare Your Mind & Space

 •  Set aside time to freshen up before Sadhna—showering and wearing clean clothes can enhance your receptivity.

 •  We do not recommend eating before Sadhna, but drinking some water is fine.

 •  Create a sacred space, no matter how small—set up your yoga mat, light a candle or incense, or use soft lighting to set the tone.

2. Joining the Live Session

 •  Log in to the Community Hub on Kajabi and join the Live Sadhna Session on time.

 •  Keep your screen on—this helps foster a sense of connection, allowing everyone to feel part of the collective experience.

 •  Mute your microphone to ensure an undisturbed and harmonious environment for all participants.

3. Setting Your Intention

 •  Once settled, take a few deep breaths, center yourself, and set an intention for your practice.

 •  Surrender to the flow and let the Sadhna leader guide the journey.

4. Closing the Practice

 •  At the end of the session, you may unmute to express gratitude to the Sadhna leader.

 •  Let the light and wisdom of Sadhna guide the rest of your day with awareness and grace.

5. Share Your Insights

 •  If you receive an insight, realization, or breakthrough, share it in our ‘Divine Download Circle.’ Your reflections may inspire and uplift others in the community!
