What is Sadhna?

There is a moment in the early hours of dawn when the world is hushed, and the veil between the seen and unseen grows thin. The Yogis call this time of the day "Amrit Vela" or Ambrosial Hours... a time to receive the nectar of the Soul.

It is in this sacred, golden space before the mind clutters itself with the day’s to-do lists, before emails, obligations, and responsibilities pull us outward, that we align with the rhythm of the Soul, using the tools of Kundalini Yoga, Meditation and Devotion,

This is Sadhna.

Sadhna: Where Genuine Transformation Occurs

Sadhna is more than a practice—it is the labor of awakening, a place where the raw and real work of transformation happens. It is a safe haven for the soul, a space where we meet ourselves fully, not only in light but also in shadow.

Here, we learn to:

  • Embrace our limitations while striving to expand our capacity.
  • Open our hearts to our struggles and pain, allowing our souls to listen to our innermost voice.
  • Allow our darkest thoughts to surface without judgment or shame and engage in practices that bring light into the darkness.
  • Be present with our sadness, fear, jealousy, or resentment—without dismissing them—so conscious awareness can guide us toward healing and growth.
  • Acknowledge our unspoken dreams, desires, and needs and slowly find the courage to pursue them in our outer lives.
  • Take time to cultivate gratitude for the gifts and treasures we often overlook. Put out a call for help from the universe and open our hearts to its guidance.
  • Make peace—with ourselves, with life, with the unfolding journey.

This is the purpose of Sadhna. Not to perfect ourselves, but to be present with ourselves. Not to force our way into enlightenment, but to soften into it.

We invite you to practice Live Morning Sadhna together, every single day of the week led by certified Kundalini Yoga Teachers devoted to serving the collective awakening.

🌿 Monday – Friday: Morning Sadhna (1.5 hours) | 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM PDT 🌿 Saturday & Sunday: Aquarian Sadhna (2.5 hours) | 5:00 AM – 7:30 AM PDT. On these days, in addition to the Kundalini Yoga practice, we chant the 7 Aquarian Mantras tune our mind and bodies into the most harmonious rhythms for the times we live in.
